Getting started
Everything you need for your first session. It takes about 20 minutes.
-
Set up your account
- Your setup email comes from [email protected]. If it's not in your inbox, check your Other tab or junk folder.
- Open the link on a computer, in Chrome or Edge. Not in a private or incognito window.
- Enter your email. Cloudflare emails you a 6-digit code. Type it in straight away and stay on that screen while you wait.
- Choose a password of at least 10 characters. From then on, sign in at app.xuro.co.nz.
- Optional: install Xuro from Chrome or Edge (look for Install Xuro) so it opens in its own window.
-
Draw your first plan
- Start a new plan and search for the address.
- Pick the standard: NZGTTM or CoPTTM.
- Right-click the road for its details and layout distances. Pin the card to your plan if you like.
- Draw a cone run along the kerb, then add signs from the sign library.
- Add a print frame, fill in your title block, and export to PDF or DXF.
- Stuck? Open Help for the welcome tour and nine step-by-step tutorials.
-
Run your first review
- Upload the whole package: the TMP form, drawings and supporting documents.
- Pick the standard, the road controlling authority and the depth: Quick check or Pre-submission check.
- Confirm the key facts Xuro has read. Nothing runs until you confirm.
- Read the findings. Click one to jump to its page, and check the clause it quotes.
- Download the marked-up PDF if you want the findings as notes on your plan.
-
Tell us what you think
- Mark findings as useful or not, and report anything the Review Engine missed.
- Reply to any Xuro email, or write to [email protected]. Nothing is too small.
- Purpose: fewer setup emails to the owner, and a confident first session for every tester.
The Xuro Review Engine assists a qualified reviewer. It does not replace one, and it does not approve plans.
