Submitting
- Where to submit a CAR
No online CAR portal is named on the pages checked. The council's NZGTTM transition plan says it receives a relatively low number of TMPs and uses a straightforward email-based process to submit and coordinate them, with work site coordination handled directly with a named council officer given in that plan. See the council contact details below.

- Standard accepted
The council is moving to NZGTTM. Its December 2025 transition plan set 1 July 2026 as the latest date to apply NZGTTM to new relevant contracts, and 1 January 2027 for existing relevant contracts. Those dates are for the council's contracts; the plan does not give a separate date for TMPs from outside parties, so confirm with the council.
