- TMP submission
Buller does not publish a CAR portal on the pages checked. For a road closure on a local road, email the TMP, including every requested closure, to the council with the subject "road closure application". For installing services or a vehicle crossing in a road, the contractor agrees in the application terms to provide a TMP and a work plan outlining the location and layout of the work.
